CUPA-HR's System Upgrade

CUPA-HR's New Association Management System: What You Need to Know

We are excited to announce that our new association management system is live! We will still be working out the kinks for a few days, so thank you in advance for your patience.

How to Create Your New Login Credentials

This new system requires all individuals who have CUPA-HR accounts to create a new account password. We recommend clearing your browser cache before starting (see below).

Here’s how to access your account and set your new password:

  1. Head to the new login page on the CUPA-HR website.
  2. Your username in the new system is the email address you use for your CUPA-HR account.
  3. To set your password, click the “Forgot your password?” link and follow the instructions in the automated email you receive. NOTE: The email will come from CUPA-HR, so keep an eye out for it.
  4. When you pass through to your account page, you can make updates to your profile by clicking "Edit Profile" from the menu on the left side of the screen. Note: The first time you navigate to a gated page on the website, you may be prompted to allow access — just click the Allow button.

As with any new system, and despite our best efforts, we expect to encounter a few bugs this week. If you encounter error messages or a bad link, please email [email protected]. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we hope you like the new system as much as we do.
