Michael A. Noll, Training and Development Manager at the University of Baltimore, to Serve as the Chair of CUPA-HR’s Eastern Region Board of Directors

Michael A. Noll, training and development manager at the University of Baltimore, will serve as chair of the Eastern Region board of directors of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) for the 2024-25 fiscal year. He will begin his term on July 1.

Noll has served on the Eastern Region board for three years, and as an at-large board member and president of the CUPA-HR Maryland Chapter. He has also participated in several national committees, including the CUPA-HR Public Policy and Learning and Professional Development committees, and was selected to participate in the 2019-20 cohort of the Emerging CUPA-HR Leaders program.
