David Zajchowski, Human Resources Director at Rollins College, to Serve on the CUPA-HR Board of Directors

David Zajchowski, human resources director at Rollins College, has been selected to serve a three-year term on the board of directors of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR). He will join the board on July 1.

Zajchowski has been a member of CUPA-HR for more than 20 years. Throughout his time with CUPA-HR, he has been highly involved at all levels of the association. He served for several years on the Florida Chapter board, including chapter president from 2010 to 2013. He was also a Southern Region board member for six years, culminating in a term as board chair during the 2018-19 fiscal year. At the national level, Zajchowski has been a member of CUPA-HR’s Learning and Professional Development, Public Policy, and Research Advisory committees, in addition to participating in the Learning Framework Ad Hoc Group and acting as a guide for the Emerging CUPA-HR Leaders program. He has also served as a CUPA-HR conference ambassador.
